SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Prepaid Orders
We guarantee dispatch of all prepaid orders within 24 hours of order placement, excluding public holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or operational disruptions.
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–4 working days. Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations, northern-most regions, or due to courier and logistics-related delays beyond our control.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders may require additional verification and processing before dispatch. As a result, delivery timelines for COD orders may be slightly longer than prepaid orders.
Delivery Exceptions
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, deliveries to remote locations, northern-most regions, or areas with limited courier coverage may take additional time.
Delivery timelines may also be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Courier or logistics delays
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Regional restrictions
• Other unforeseen circumstances
The estimated delivery timelines provided are indicative and should not be considered guaranteed delivery commitments.
