3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on destination, shipping method, and customs clearance.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • International: 7–21 business days

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, order value, and selected shipping method.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

7. Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

  • If your order is lost in transit, contact our support team and we will assist you in resolving the issue.


9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. BENAKD is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


10.Shipping Charges

Shipping charges applied at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Once an order has been shipped and delivered, the original shipping fee paid by the customer will not be refunded under any circumstances, including:

  • Refund requests
  • Refused deliveries
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Change of mind cancellations after shipment
